Shipping Terms
Items are currently shipped within domestic Canada only. For all orders placed on products in stock, before 4.00 PM MST on any business day, the products in most cases will be shipped within 48 hours, subject to payment approval. Status of your order is available online. You must be a registered shopping cart user in order to take advantage of this functionality. Decal Doctorz does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Because of verification requirements, a day or more may be required for orders with different billing and shipping address. We encourage our customers to use the same billing address for shipping as it speeds up the shipping process. Shipping charges can be viewed while placing orders and is based on the total weight and value of the items in your order and the means of shipping chosen by the customer. Shipping and handling charges are added to your total bill. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

Local Calgary Pickup and Delivery
For Calgary local customers we also offer a store pickup option. This will omit shipping charges, however since this is an online store and not a retail location, arrangements will have to be made in advance with us as to a date/time. If you require us to meet you somewhere to deliver your order to you, that can also be done but there would be a delivery charge for that. Please inquire.
Foreign Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated assuming a CDN address. Items going to other countries are subject to higher shipping rates. These rates will be quoted at the time of shipping. The customer will be notified of these charges before product is shipped.
Export Control
Products purchased or received under these terms and conditions shall be subject to export laws and regulations of Canada.
Returns and Replacement Policy - New Store Items
In the case of a return for refund, any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order will not be refunded. At our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of items returned. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.
Decal Doctorz is not responsible for return shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully in their original packaging. Please be advised that packages sent by normal Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since Decal Doctorz cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for refund or replacement and the following terms and conditions will apply:
Defective products can be returned for replacement with the same product without restocking fee. Replacement product will be shipped out on receipt of the returned product by Decal Doctorz without additional shipping charges. Where appropriate, credit will be given within three weeks of return of the product. Credit will be calculated based on price of product as invoiced to customer. Decal Doctorz will have no liability for returns after 30 days from the date of shipment.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed. When Decal Doctorz receives the returned defective product, you will be refunded in full for the defective product. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. No partial returns will be accepted. The original packing slip must be included. Any discrepancies could result in a delay, partial or complete forfeiture of your refund.
